There are no townhomes available for purchase in the Crestwood subdivision in December 2017.

There are also no townhomes under contract.

In the past 12 months, 4 homes have sold.  Sales prices ranged from $167,500 up to $190,000 for an average sales price of $181,875 which equals $109.18 per sq. ft. of living area.  These townhomes sold for an average of 97% of list price and went under contract in an average of 26 days of being listed.

About Crestwood Townhome Condos:

The townhome community of Crestwood in Stuart FL consists of 36 townhouses that are deeded under condo rules.  There are 9 buildings, each with 4 homes.   This complex had the first units completed in 1983 with a couple of the buildings finished in 2003 and 2006.
