Angler Cove Condos February 2017 Market Update

There are currently 5 Angler Cove condos available for sale.  The list rices are from $269,900 up to $389,998 which works out to an average price of $308,580 or $242.36 per sq. ft. of living area.

There are no condos under contract at this time in Angler Cove

In the past 12 months there have been 4 sales.  Sales prices ranged from $193,000 to $285,000 for an average sales price of $233,850 or $186.38 per sq. ft. of living area.  The list to sales prices averaged at 90%.  These condos averaged 29 days on market before going under contract.

(Please consider that some condos in Angler Cove have deeded docks and some don’t.  This can add to the wide disparity of both listing and sales prices)

Angler Cove Condos on Hutchinson Island in Stuart Florida is a unique complex with 12 buildings amd 64 units surrounding a man made cove with deep water dockage for the boating enthusiast.
