Admiralty Condos Palm City FL December 2015 Market Report

As of December 2015, there there are 3 condos on the market in the Admiralty Condos.   Prices range from $425,000 to $600,000 with the average list price being $555,000 which equals $250.60 per sq. ft. of living area.

There are no condos currently under contract and awaiting settlement.

In the past 12 months, 4 Admiralty condos have sold.  The sales prices ranged from $500,000 to $650,000 or $222.22 per sq. ft. of living area.  These condos sold for an average of 95% of the most recent listing price and were on the market for an average of 184 days prior to an accepted offer that led to the sale.
