Rocky Point Estates is an HOA community in the eastern middle of Rocky Point.  Homes on Orange St, Nassau Ter., and the north side of Matousek St. had the opportunity to join this HOA when it was developed.  For a very reasonable sum, members have access to a large park with a boat ramp and picnic grounds available for their exclusive use.  In addition, there’s a 29-slip marina suitable for boats up to 30’ in length.  These docks can only be owned (or leased) by members in good standing within the Rocky Point Estates HOA community.  Individuals within Rocky Point Estates have the option to sell or trade docks within the community.

Conveniently located on quiet Saint Lucie Blvd just north of East Ocean Blvd and west of Snug Harbor.

These condos consist of 3 elevator buildings with 52 total units that were built from 1982 to 1984.  Condo sizes range from 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condos with 1,684 sq. ft. Down to 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condos with either 1,488 or 1,351 sq. ft. of living area.   I believe a valuable benefit, the Saint Lucie Club has under-building parking for at least one car for each owner. There’s also a community pool and shared tennis courts in the lushly landscaped grounds.

An attractive feature is that rentals are permitted (with some restrictions) and pets (one small) are only permitted in one of the three buildings.

Coral Point is a small community of only 20 homes located in Rocky Point just off the Manatee Pocket in Stuart FL.  This community had its first home built in 1986 and was mostly finished by 1993, though there have been a few homes with some extensive remodeling that could be considered brand new.

There are a number of wide waterfront homes in Coral Point with quick access to the Atlantic Ocean as this community lies only a mile or two from the inlet.  For those, not on the water there’s a community day dock and fishing pier with excellent fishing for snook or so the residents inform me.
