For August 2025, five condos are available for purchase in Indian Pines in Stuart FL. The list prices range from $209,500 up to $269,900. This is an average list price of $225,280 which is $187.69 per square foot of living area.

There is one Indian Pines condo currently under contract. The list price was $229,900. This is $222.34 per square foot of living space. This condo was on the market for 114 days before going under contract.

There’s a heated pool, clubhouse, two tennis courts, ample parking, and some buildings offering covered carports.

The condo association fees vary as different buildings have different reserve setups and management and cover water and sewer, common areas, building insurance and maintenance, basic cable TV, landscaping and lawn service, trash pickup, and reserve funds.

The Reef is one of the few newer gated communities in the Rocky Point area of Stuart FL.  This is an exclusive subdivision with 52 home sites, 11 of which are larger waterfront estates.  This desirable community is well located just a short boat ride away from the Atlantic Ocean through the Saint Lucie Inlet.

These toranodeos caused significant damage to the roofs in the community and as of this publication, repairs are still not complete. In the past 12 months, three Woodmill Pond townhomes have sold.  The sales prices ranged from $375,000 up to $415,000. There are two Saint Lucie Club condos currently under contract. List prices range from $179,000 to $295,000, which is an average of $237,000 or $165.37 per sq. ft. of living space.
