Village of Stuart Real Estate Market Report April 2025

For April 2025, two condos are for sale in the Village of Stuart. The list prices range from $205,000 up to $239,000 This is an average list price of $222,000 or $185.00 per sq. ft. of living area.

There is one Village of Stuart condos currently under contract. Its list price is $199,000 or $165.83 per sq. ft of living space. This condo was on the market 141 days before going under contract.

In the past 12 months, seven Village of Stuart condos have sold.  Sales prices ranged from $183,500 up to $240,000.  This works out to an average sales price of $212,757 which equals $170.89 per sq. ft. of living area.  These condos sold for an average of 96% of the list price. Three Estuary homes are currently available for sale. List prices are $539,000 and $595,000. This is an average list price of $574,333 which equals $290.96 per sq. ft. of living space.

Three Estuary condos are currently for sale. The list prices range from $239,900 up to $324,999. This is an average list price of $268,300 which is $230.84 per sq. ft. of living area.
