The Preserve of Hobe Sound is a DiVosta-built community that was completed in 1989 with just over 300 Hampton model homes which feature 2,017 sq. ft. of living area with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a two-car garage.  The garages come in both front and side entrance varieties.

This is a gated community with a very attractive waterfall lake entrance.  Many homes enjoy lovely views of the five lakes on the grounds while a few have views of the Lost Lake Golf Course.  All ages are welcome and up to two large pets are permitted.  The community offers a heated pool, two tennis courts, and two bocce ball courts along with a small clubhouse.  Low HOA covers landscaping (front of home) as well as the common areas, basic cable TV, management fees, and trash pickup.

Children who reside in the Preserve are zoned to attend the Sea Wind Elementary School, Murray Middle School, and South Fork High School.

This great location is only a 15-minute drive to historic downtown Stuart and about 20 minutes to the Town of Jupiter as well as offering easy access to Jupiter Island Beaches and numerous marinas and boat ramps available at no charge to Martin County Residents.

There are also excellent medical facilities close by as well as restaurants and shopping.  A great choice for those moving to Florida for a new home as well as those looking to get away from the harsh northern winters.

For February 2025, in the Loblolly golf and marina community of Hobe Sound FL, there are three homes for sale. Prices range from $1,450,000 to $2,850,000 with an average of $1,983,333 or $661.80 per sq. ft. of living space.

Two Loblolly homes are under contract at this time. The list prices are $2,250,000 and $2,900,000. This is an average of $2,575,000 or $786.16 per sq. ft. of living area. These homes were on the market for an average of 78 days before going under contract.

This is a waterfront community on the Intracoastal Waterways and just on the east side of Gomez Ave about a half-mile north of Bridge Road (which accesses Jupiter Island and the shores of the crystal clear waters of the Atlantic Ocean.

Mystic Cove has 16 deeded docks available exclusively to owners within the community.  These docks are accessible via a boardwalk through the mango preserve area. These docks may have lifts with electricity and water available. Access to the Ocean is either through the Saint Lucie Inlet in Stuart or the Jupiter Inlet in Jupiter.

The homes in Mystic Cove were built from 1989 to 2008 and range in size from just under 2,000 sq. ft. of living area with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms up to over 3,500 sq. ft. and 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. All of these lots are over one-quarter of an acre with the largest lots just over one-third of an acre.

For boaters, the docks are approximately 5 miles from the Saint Lucie Inlet of Martin County and just under 10 miles from the Jupiter Inlet in Palm Beach County. All Osprey Cove residents enjoy easy access to shopping, restaurants, and the pristine beaches of Jupiter Island in Martin County.

The Preserve of Hobe Sound is a DiVosta-built community that was completed in 1989 with just over 300 Hampton model homes which feature 2,017 sq. ft. of living area with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a two-car garage.  The garages come in both front and side entrance varieties.

Children who reside in the Preserve are zoned to attend the Sea Wind Elementary School, Murray Middle School, and South Fork High School.

This great location is only a 15-minute drive to historic downtown Stuart and about 20 minutes to the Town of Jupiter as well as offering easy access to Jupiter Island Beaches and numerous marinas and boat ramps available at no charge to Martin County Residents.

There are also excellent medical facilities close by as well as restaurants and shopping.  A great choice for those moving to Florida for a new home as well as those looking to get away from the harsh northern winters.

The gated community of Bahia Sound is located on both the east and west sides of Gomez Avenue in Hobe Sound FL. This community has only 51 home sites. Homes have been built from 1990 to 2015 and as of this writing (July 2017), there are still 6 vacant lots. These homes are on lots of around 1/4 to 1/3 of an acre and range in size from 4 bedrooms, 3 bathroom homes of around 3,400 sq. ft. of living area down to 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom homes of just over 2,000 sq. ft. Most homes are single-story, however, there are a number of 2 story homes. There was no preferred builder so all of these homes are individual and unique.

There is a boardwalk through the preserve area to a private dock area as well as kayak/canoe storage. Only a limited number of docks are available. Those with deeded docks have the ability to sell these docks to other Bahia Sound owners.

Mystic Cove in Hobe Sound is a gated community of only 35 lots. As of this writing, there are still 2 vacant lots that have yet to be built upon. This is a waterfront community on the Intracoastal Waterways and just on the east side of Gomez Ave about a half-mile north of Bridge Road (which accesses Jupiter Island and the shores of the crystal clear waters of the Atlantic Ocean.

Mystic Cove has 16 deeded docks available exclusively to owners within the community.  These docks are accessible via a boardwalk through the mango preserve area. These docks may have lifts with electricity and water available. Access to the Ocean is either through the Saint Lucie Inlet in Stuart or the Jupiter Inlet in Jupiter.

The homes in Mystic Cove were built from 1989 to 2008 and range in size from just under 2,000 sq. ft. of living area with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms up to over 3,500 sq. ft. and 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. All of these lots are over one-quarter of an acre with the largest lots just over one-third of an acre.

Osprey Cove in Hobe Sound, Florida is a waterfront community off of Gomez Avenue in the vibrant Hobe Sound area of Martin County, Florida. Also known as the Osprey Cove Yacht Club. It boasts 32 deep water boat slips just off the Intracoastal Waterway. There are only 86 homes in this gated community. It broke ground in late 2000 with homes being completed from 2000 through 2006. Homes range in size from 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 car garage homes of 2,230 sq. ft. to 5 bedrooms, 4 and 1/2 bathrooms, 3 car garage pool homes of over 4,000 sq. ft. of living area. There’s also a community pool and tennis court available to all residents. The HOA fees in Osprey Cove are a very reasonable $215.00 a month.

For boaters, the docks are approximately 5 miles from the Saint Lucie Inlet of Martin County and just under 10 miles from the Jupiter Inlet in Palm Beach County. All Osprey Cove residents enjoy easy access to shopping, restaurants, and the pristine beaches of Jupiter Island in Martin County.

For families, the Martin County School District is one of the highest-rated in Florida and children attend the Hobe Sound Elementary School, Murray Middle School, and South Fork High School. There are also some excellent private schools located nearby, including the Pine School.
