Sablewood is a gated community of 38 upscale homes located in Hobe Sound, Florida on the west side of Gomez Avenue. The community was developed in the late 1980s and early 1990s and features single-family homes with attached garages, beautifully landscaped yards, and palm tree-lined streets. Children who reside in the Preserve are zoned to attend the Sea Wind Elementary School, Murray Middle School, and South Fork High School.

This great location is only a 15-minute drive to historic downtown Stuart and about 20 minutes to the Town of Jupiter as well as offering easy access to Jupiter Island Beaches and numerous marinas and boat ramps available at no charge to Martin County Residents.

Mystic Cove in Hobe Sound is a gated community of only 35 lots. As of this writing, there are still 2 vacant lots that have yet to be built upon. This is a waterfront community on the Intracoastal Waterways and just on the east side of Gomez Ave about a half-mile north of Bridge Road (which accesses Jupiter Island and the shores of the crystal clear waters of the Atlantic Ocean.

Mystic Cove has 16 deeded docks available exclusively to owners within the community.  These docks are accessible via a boardwalk through the mango preserve area. These docks may have lifts with electricity and water available. Access to the Ocean is either through the Saint Lucie Inlet in Stuart or the Jupiter Inlet in Jupiter.

The homes in Mystic Cove were built from 1989 to 2008 and range in size from just under 2,000 sq. ft. of living area with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms up to over 3,500 sq. ft. and 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. All of these lots are over one-quarter of an acre with the largest lots just over one-third of an acre.

It boasts 32 deep water boat slips just off the Intracoastal Waterway. There are only 86 homes in this gated community. It broke ground in late 2000 with homes being completed from 2000 through 2006. Homes range in size from 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 car garage homes of 2,230 sq. ft. to 5 bedrooms, 4 and 1/2 bathrooms, 3 car garage pool homes of over 4,000 sq. ft. of living area. There’s also a community pool and tennis court available to all residents. The HOA fees in Osprey Cove are a very reasonable $215.00 a month.

For boaters, the docks are approximately 5 miles from the Saint Lucie Inlet of Martin County and just under 10 miles from the Jupiter Inlet in Palm Beach County. All Osprey Cove residents enjoy easy access to shopping, restaurants, and the pristine beaches of Jupiter Island in Martin County.
