The village of 800 Place in Stuart FL is conveniently located just North of Stuart’s Roosevelt Bridge on Fork Road. Easy access to historic downtown Stuart as well as all the convenient areas for shopping and restaurants located off US-1 in North Stuart and Jensen Beach.
800 Place has both 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom condos and 1 Bedroom 1 & ½ Bath and 1 Bedroom 1 Bath units. Interior sizes range from 1,068 sq. ft. down to 723 sq. ft. All ages are welcome and one pet up to 50 lbs. is permitted. Each unit has 1 reserved parking space and there are numerous guest spaces for additional vehicles. Pickup trucks are allowed to be parked overnight in this complex, one of the very few that allow these in Martin County.
Children who live in 800 Place are zoned to attend Felix Williams Elementary School, Stuart Middle School, and Jensen Beach High School.
Amenities include a clubhouse with a kitchen, meeting facilities, a game room, exercise equipment, a tennis and shuffleboard court, and a community pool.
