Conveniently located just west of US-1 (Federal Highway) on Kanner Highway and close to downtown Stuart is the Poppleton Creek Condo Complex.

For May 2023, there are 8 condos for sale in Islandia on Hutchinson Island in Jensen Beach FL. List prices ranged from $469,000 up to $879,000. This is an average list price of $689,588 which is $509.82 per sq. ft. of living area.
