St Lucie County Single Family Homes November 2019 Market Report
For November 2019, the St Lucie County Single Family Home Market had improved sales activity when compared to last year. Closed sales were unchanged (in October they were up by 15.8%) and new sales under contract (new pending sales) increased by 22.3% (they were up by 15.2% last month).
Prices were also up for the month. The median sales price was up by 9.8% (was up by 6.4% in October). The average sales price was up by 10.8% (it was up by 0.3% in October).
The number of available home listings increased by 10 homes to 1,761 homes. This inventory is 10.0% smaller than last year. The current supply of homes is 3.7 months (it was 4.2 months last year). The St Lucie County single-family home market remains in a strong sellers’ market. A balanced market is one with a 6 to 7 month supply of inventory.
