September 2018 Market Update for the Sandpebble Condo and Beach Club on Hutchinson Island in Stuart, Florida:
There are currently 4 condos for sale in Sandpebble. The list prices range from $319,000 up to $389,000. This works out to an average list price of $344,250 which is $311.75 per sq. ft. of living area.
There is 1 pending Sandpebble condo currently under contract. The list price was $450,000 or $313.37 per sq. ft. of living area. This condo went under contract 21 days after being listed.
