March 2017 Market Update for the Sandpebble Condo and Beach Club on Hutchinson Island in Stuart, Florida:
There are currently 4 active listings (2 river side and 2 ocean side). List prices are from $319,900 up to $385,000 for an average of $344,950 which equals $270.32 per sq. ft. of living area.
There are 3 pending Sandpebble condo sales. All of them on the river side. List prices ranged from $265,000 up to $299,000 which averages out to $279,633 or $255.22 per sq. ft. of living area. These condos averaged 150 days on the market before going under contract.
In the past 12 months 8 Sandpebble condos have sold. 5 river side and 3 on the ocean side. Sales prices ranged from $185,000 to $394,000 for an average of $295,625 which works out to $240.16 per sq. ft. These sales averaged 94% of list price and went under contract after an average of 82 days on market.
