As of June 2016, there are 7 active listings in Vista del Lago. The list prices range from $44,900 to $76,900 for an average list price of $70,143 which equates to $76.24 per sq. ft. of living area. As of June 9 2016, these condos have been on the market for an average of 95 days.

Sizes range from 1,014 sq. ft. of living space down to 631 sq. ft. 1 bedroom units. Many of these condos have attractive water views as well as some with golf course views of the Pine Lakes Golf Club.

There’s an active clubhouse with a large swimming pool as well as shuffleboard courts. No pets are permitted in Vista del Lago and this is an age restricted (55+) community. The HOA fees as of June 2016 were from the low $200’s for a 1 Bedroom unit to just under $300 per month for 2 Bedroom condos.

For early June 2016 there is only one available condo for sale in the St Lucie Club Condos (officially known as the Saint Lucie Club Apartment Homes Condo). This condo is listed for $249,900 or $184.97 per sq. ft. of living area and has been on the market for 28 days.

There are no condos currently under contract.

In the past 12 months, 3 St Lucie club condos have sold. Sales prices were from $125,000 to $157,000 for an average sales price of $143,633 which equals $92.64 per sq. ft. of living area. These condos went under contract in an average of 164 days and sold for an average of 102% of list price.

I’m sure you’ve heard the term “location, location, location” when it comes to real estate. Well, the Saint Lucie Club Condos in Stuart FL is one of these places. Close to everything, yet conveniently located on quiet Saint Lucie Blvd just north of East Ocean Blvd and west of Snug Harbor.

These condos consist of 3 elevator buildings with 52 total units that were built from 1982 to 1984. Sizes range from 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condos with 1,684 sq. ft. to 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condos with either 1,488 or 1,351 sq. ft. of living area. The Saint Lucie Club has under building parking for at least one car along with ample guest spaces on their lush landscaped grounds. There’s also a community pool and shared tennis courts.

At the time this was written (June, 2016) HOA fees ranged from $480 per month to $510, depending on the building and the size of the condo. Rentals are permitted (with some restrictions) and pets (one small) are only permitted in one of the three buildings.

These spacious condos located in the heart of Stuart are close to downtown , shopping and the beaches and are highly sought after.

Yacht club membership is included for all residents and limited memberships are available for non-residents at this time. Recent changes to the HOA fees have had a negative effect on sales in Harborage with the current fees exceeding $1,000 a month. This includes a great many amenities and for the price of newer waterfront units it may just be worth it for the right buyer.

These fees cover Basic Cable TV, Manager, Recreational Facilities, Reserve Fund, Security and Trash pickup.
