In late November 2015 there were 9 condos for sale in Islandia.  List prices range from $239,000 up to $429,000 for an average list price of $332,055 or $246.50 per sq. ft. of living area.

There are 5 condos currently under contract in Islandia.  Listing prices were from $249,900 to $429,900 for an average list price of $323,720 which is $234.03 per sq. ft. of living area.  These condos averaged 59 days on market before going under contract.

In the past 12 months, 31 Islandia condos have sold.  Sales prices ranged from $177,900 up to $410,000 for an average sales price of $292,799 which is equal to $218.54 per sq. ft.  These units sold for an average of 95% of list price and averaged 70 days on market prior to going under contract.

In November of 2015 there were three condos for sale in the Riverbend community of Indian River Plantation.  List prices range from $339,000 to $439,000 for an average list price of $397,666 or $263.60 per sq. ft. of living area.

There is one condo under contract which was listed at $575,000 or $331.41 per sq. ft. of living area.  This condo went under contract 1 day after it was listed.

In the past 12 months, 7 condos have sold.  Sales prices ranged from $275,000 up to $400,000 for an average sales price of $340,828 which equals $221.31 per sq. ft.  These units sold for an average of 93% of list price and averaged 83 days on market prior to going under contract.

There is only one available Jensen Beach Club Condo on the MLS at this time. The list price is $149,900 which equates to $140.88 per sq. ft. of living area.

There are no condos under contract at the present time.

In the past 12 months, 14 condos have sold. Sales prices ranged from $99,000 to $159,500 for an average sales price of$133,814 which is $122.96 per sq. ft. of living area. These condos sold in an average of 91 days and on average sold for 94% of list price.

The Jensen Beach Club is a complex consisting of 9 buildings surrounding a lake on Hutchinson Island on a pristine 21 acres. Lying directly across the street from the Ocean and the public beach at the end of the Jensen Beach Causeway. There are 196 condos which are all 1,090 sq. ft. of living area with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with private balconies or patios. The Jensen beach Club complex was built between 1986 and 1987 and has a community pool, clubhouse and tennis courts. These are three story buildings with the most desirable condos being end units with lake views.

The Jensen beach Club will allow up to 25 lb. or smaller pet and rentals are also allowed with some restrictions.  There are currently 7 homes and/or villas available for sale in the Jensen Beach Golf and Country Club.
List prices range from $269,000 to $399,000 or an average list price of $331,755 which equals $168.32 per square foot of living area.

9 homes are under contract awaiting the final sale.  List prices range from $200,000 to $375,000 for an average list price of $298,077 that equals $1150.90 per square foot of living area.

In the past 12 months, 38 homes have sold.  The sales prices ranged from $185,000 to $440,000 for an average sales price of $281,340 which works out to a price per square foot of  $151,92 at a 97% sales to list price ratio.

The Jensen Beach Golf and Country Club in Jensen Beach Florida is one of the most desirable communities on Florida’s Treasure Coast.  There are 656 homes and home sites spread out on over 240 acres of wildlife preserve with plenty of privacy and homes from four different builders.   Homes began to be constructed in 2000 and new homes from D.R. Homes in the Jensen Beach Golf and Country Club range from smaller 2 BR attached villas of approximately 1300 plus square feet of living area and single car garages to spacious one floor and two story pool homes of just over 2500 square feet with 3 car garages.  In addition to the facilities associated with the Eagle Marsh Golf Club, there are two community pools and an active tennis club with 6 professional courts along with a local pro and active league play.

All of these amenities come at an incredibly attractive HOA fee of around $225 per month and include landscaping, trash pickup as well as basic cable TV service.

The Jensen Beach Golf and Country Club is attractively situated only 2 miles from the Indian River (the Intracoastal Water Way) and quaint downtown Jensen Beach, only across the causeway to the public beach of Jensen beach for those wishing to take advantage of the clear waters of the Atlantic Ocean.  Less than a mile to the west is the Treasure Coast Mall and the shopping and restaurant corridor of US-1.

For those with children, the ‘A’ rated Jensen beach High School is within walking distance from the front gate of the Jensen Beach Golf and Country Club.

Most units have sweeping views of the Intracoastal Waterway also known as the Indian River.   Great location only minutes away from the Saint Lucie Inlet.  For boaters, there’s a full service Marina located on the grounds of the Indian River Plantation with slips available for lease.

The Jensen Beach Golf and Country Club in Jensen Beach Florida is one of the most desirable communities on Florida’s Treasure Coast.  There are 656 homes and home sites spread out on over 240 acres of wildlife preserve with plenty of privacy and homes from four different builders.   Homes began to be constructed in 2000 and new homes continue to be built to order, with a limited number of spec homes available from D.R.
