There are currently 7 condos on the market in the three Atlantis condo buildings.. List prices range from $189,000 to $344,900 for an average list price of $257,800 which equates to $223.56 per sq. ft. of living area.

There are 2 Atlantis condos that are under contract that haven’t sold to date. List prices are $229,900 and $299,000 for an average of $264,450 or a per sq. ft. price of $240.31. These two condos went under contract in an average of 107 days.

In the past 12 months, 10 condos have sold in Atlantis. Sales prices ranged from $125,000 to $265,000 with an average sales price of $207,440 or $188.75 per sq. ft. of living area. These condos sold in an average of 109 days and at an average of 96% of list price.

Jensen Beach Club residents enjoy the convenience of having ocean access just across the street and also being a short drive or bicycle ride to restaurants, shopping and the wonderful amenities of Jensen Beach and Martin County FL.
