As of June 2024, there are 16 Vista del Lago condos for sale in Stuart FL.  The list prices range from $115,000 up to $230,000. This is an average list price of $173,431 which equals $200.94 per sq. ft. of living area.

There is only 1 Vista del Lago condo currently under contract. The list price was $140,000 which is $187.42 per sq. ft. of living space. This condo was on the market for 28 days before going under contract.

23 Vista del Lago condos have sold in the past 12 months. Sales prices ranged from a low of $85,000 to a high of $236,000. This is an average sales price of $150,152 which equals $190.50 per sq. ft. of living area. These condos averaged 47 days on the market before going under contract. And, the sales prices averaged 97% of the list price.

The Vista del Lago condominium complex consists of over 500 condos located north of the Roosevelt Bridge and west of Federal Hwy (US-1) in North Stuart.  This attractive complex is very conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and a quick drive to either downtown Stuart or Jensen Beach.  Just a few minutes more and you can be on the Ocean in either Stuart or Jensen Beach.

Vista del Lago condos were first built in 1974 and the last one was completed in 1979.   All the buildings are two stories and contain both 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath and 1 Bedroom 1 Bath units.  Sizes range from 1,014 sq. ft. of living space down to 631 sq. ft. 1-bedroom units.  Many of these condos have attractive water views as well as some with golf course views of the Pine Lakes Golf Club.

There’s an active clubhouse with a large swimming pool as well as shuffleboard courts.  No pets are permitted in Vista del Lago and this is an age-restricted (55+) community.  The HOA fees range from the low $ 200s for a 1-bedroom unit to just under $300 per month for 2-bedroom condos.

For June 2024, there are 14 homes for sale in the Ballantrae community in the Sandpiper area of Port St Lucie, FL.  The list prices range from $349,900 up to $1,995,000. This works out to an average list price of $757,143 which equals $311.84 per sq. ft. of living area.

There are 3 Ballantrae homes currently under contract which have not closed to date.  The list prices ranged from $699,000 up to $2,585,000. This is an average list price of $1,359,667 or $420.45 per sq. ft. of living space.  These homes were on the market for an average of 45 days before going under contract.
