The Martin County School district was ranked the number one school district in the State of Florida by the 2015 Niche Rankings. According to their web site, Niche is helping to transform the way people make big decisions by providing reviews and insights from everyday experts to help choose neighborhoods and K to 12 grade schools. Niche was founded in 2002 by Carnegie Mellon University students as CollegeProwler.com. Since then, Niche has grown into one of the largest content startups in the country.

For this school report, Niche K-12 looked at more than 120,000 K-12 schools. Millions of reviews and rankings were evaluated across schools and districts in Florida and Martin County K-12 schools were rated as number 1 in the state.
