For October 2020 there are no condos available to purchase in the Estates at Stuart. 

There are 2 condos currently under contract. List prices were $163,900 and $170,000. This is an average list price of $166,950 which is $122.84 per sq. ft. of living area.  Furthermore, these condos averaged 50 days on the market prior to going under contract.
