There are currently 122 active listings. (An increase of 10 homes from last month)
72 Residential sales are pending and awaiting close or lender approval. (Down 3 home from June)
24 Homes Sold (Down by 7 homes from June)
The Jensen Beach residential real estate market, zip code 34957 eased a bit in July after an exceptionally good Spring and early Summer. Both pending and closed sales were off and the inventory rose.

The July 2012 numbers were: 113 active listings, 94 pending sales and 22 home sales closed. One of the few Martin County areas where inventory is greater this year than last. Also, fairly similar closed sales while a lower number of pending sales as compared to last year.
