There are currently 237 active listings. (Down by 24 homes from June)
80 Residential sales are pending and awaiting close (Decreased by 15 homes from June)
51 Homes Sold in July (Up by 11 homes from last month)
The Hobe Sound Florida Market Report ZIP Code 33455 section of Martin County for July had an excellent month for closed sales. It appears that the inventory is heading lower and with fewer choices we also have less pending sales. This may be an indication of less closed sales for the near future.

Back into a sellers market for Hobe Sound, which is where we’ve been for most of the year.
