This is a unique waterfront community made up of manufactured homes located on the shores of the Manatee Pocket with Ocean Access docks that are only minutes away from the Saint Lucie Inlet in Stuart FL. Hidden Harbor is also known as Hidden Harbour, though the County uses Harbor for the subdivision list and Harbour in the legal descriptions.
This development of 200 homes is set up as a condominium association and is restricted to age 55 and over. Amenities include an active clubhouse, pool, and shuffleboard courts. With around 70 docks some suitable for vessels over 40’ this is a true boaters’ paradise. These docks are available for a very reasonable $2.00 per foot per month. Additional amenities include a storage lot as well as the ability to keep trucks on the premises. Sorry, but no pets are permitted.
As of May 2020, the HOA fees were $250.00 a month and included the use of all the common facilities, landscaping, water and sewer, basic cable TV, management and reserve funds.
Very conveniently located next to the Stuart Yacht and Country Club and also adjacent to the world famous Chapman School of Seamanship. Only a short ride to shopping, medical facilities, restaurants and the beaches of either Stuart or Jupiter Island.
