For May 2025, five homes are available for sale in the Eagle Lake community of Martin Downs Country Club in Palm City FL. The list prices range from $285,000 up to $680,000. This is an average list price of $381,960 or $235.61 per sq. ft. of living area.
Two Eagle Lake homes are under contract at this time. their list prices ranged from $279,900 to $295,000 or an average of $287,450. These homes were on the market an average of 50 days before going under contract.
