As of August 13, 2013 there is one spacious waterfront home listed in the Plantation at Sewalls Point. The list price is $5,850,000 which equals $1,132.62 per square foot of living area.
One home is currently under contract. It was listed for $979,000 (non-waterfront home) for a price per square foot of living area of $195.14.
In the past 12 months, 1 home has sold in the Plantation. It was listed at $950,000 and closed for $890,000 at $199.37 per square foot of living area. This was also a non-waterfront home. None of the listings in the Plantation were distressed sales.
The Plantation at Sewalls Point is an exclusive private community of only 21 home sites.
