Fairly positive April results for the Stuart condo market for the area in ZIP code 34997.  A small increase in inventory and also a small decrease in pending sales, possibly showing the seasonal slowdown for the condo market.  Closed sales were up from March though.

Considering the fairly low number of available properties, these are good solid results.
