About Rocky Point Estates:

Rocky Point Estates is an HOA community in the eastern middle of Rocky Point. Homes on Orange St, Nassau Ter. and the north side of Matousek St. had the opportunity to join this HOA when it was developed. For the very reasonable HOA fee, members have access to a large park with a boat ramp and picnic grounds available for their exclusive use. Fisherman in this community love the fact that they can be casting their lines in deep water just minutes after leaving the dock or ramp.

There are just over 170 homes belonging to the association. Homes were first built in this community in 1959 and the latest home was just completed in 2014. Homes are of all styles and sizes ranging from 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom home on almost a half-acre down to under 1,000 sq. ft., 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom homes on under a quarter of an acre lots.

Children residing in Rocky Point Estates attend the Martin County School District with current assignments to Port Salerno Elementary, Murray Middle and South Fork High Schools. Residents are also close to a number of wonderful restaurants and first-class medical facilities.

Recent changes to the HOA fees have had a negative effect on sales in Harborage with the current fees exceeding $1,000 a month. This includes a great many amenities and for the price of newer waterfront units that November just November be worth it for the right buyer.

The Estuary of Stuart Florida, located in North Stuart, Florida and often mistaken for being a part of Jensen Beach Florida is a gated community with a variety of homes ranging from condos to 1980’s vintage homes, to newer villas as well as waterfront homes with deep water docks.

This section also boasts a community dock suitable for good sized vessels with ocean access just a few minutes away at the Saint Lucie Inlet. Homes on Plumbago Trail also enjoy spectacular wide water views. The Estuary is truly a wonderful place to call home.

Maintenance fees run from $305 to $400 per month depending on the size of the condo. These fees include the use of the common area, building insurance, maintenance, cable TV, landscaping, water and sewer, trash pickup and exterior pest control.

For those on a limited budget, the Village of 800 Place may be just the right place.

About Coral Point in Rocky Point:

Coral Point is a small community of only 20 homes located in Rocky Point just off the Manatee Pocket in Stuart FL. This community had its first home built in 1986 and was mostly finished by 1993, though there have been a few homes with some extensive remodeling and could be considered brand new.

There are a number of wide waterfront homes in Coral Point with quick access to the Atlantic Ocean as this community lies only a mile or two from the inlet. For those, not on the water there’s community day dock and fishing pier with excellent fishing for snook or so the residents inform me.

This is an ungated community and there is a community tennis court. As of this writing (October 2019), the HOA fees are under $500 per year. This fee may vary slightly as the needs for the community maintenance change.

Home sizes range from a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with under 2,000 sq. ft. of living area up to a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home with over 5,000 sq. ft. of living area. This is a beautiful secluded little community for those wishing to enjoy our Florida lifestyle

Children of Coral Point will attend the Port Salerno elementary school, Murray middle and the South Fork high school.

This demand is based to the first class amenities in this gated community

The amenities include a fully-equipped fitness center, children’s playground, a large resort-style pool with covered lanai, sand volleyball court, tennis court, recreation, and billiards lounge and beautiful landscaping. This is a gated community and only minutes from the historic downtown area of Stuart. Also, only about 10 minutes to I-95 for those needing to commute either north or south.

Also within easy reach of shopping, restaurants and medical facilities all of which makes for a very much sought after community.

Condos in the Estates at Stuart range from 1 bedroom 1 bathroom units up to 3 bedrooms 2 baths. Living area sizes vary from just under 800 sq. ft. to over 1,500 sq. ft. Some units come with either attached or detached 1 car garages. This is a dog- and cat-friendly community allowing for up to one medium-sized pet. The condo association fees vary by size of the unit and whether a garage is included or not.
