The current absorption rate for condos in the 34990 zip is 7.1 months (was 7.7 months in March).  Remaining in a buyer’s market for Palm City condos.  A balanced market is considered to be an absorption rate of around 6 to 7 months.
The April 2018 numbers were: 88 active listings, 15 pending sales, and 7 closed sales.  Better sales and pending activity this year on lower inventory.
