As of April 2015, there are three homes available for sale in Sewalls Landing with prices from $515,000 to $819,000 for an average price per sq. ft. of $249.41
There are two homes under contract which have not yet closed. List prices were $425,000 and $515,000 for an average list price of $206.34 per sq. ft. of living area.
In the past 12 months, 4 Sewalls Landing homes have sold. Sales prices ranged from $435,000 to $572,000 for an average sales price of $482,500 which equals $214.45 per sq. ft. of living area. These sales averaged for 94% of list price.
There were no short sales or foreclosures (distressed sales) in any Sewalls Landing transactions this year.
Sewalls Landing is located at the northern tip of Sewalls Point, FL in Martin County. Officially it is in Jensen Beach, but many residents of Sewalls landing consider themselves part of Sewalls Point.
