Just a little under a mile to the south of the Jensen Beach Causeway on the shores of the Intracoastal Waterway (also known as the Indian River).

Sailfish Cove was first developed in 1993 and only 11 homes make up this small subdivision with all homes having ocean access waterfront docks. Home sizes range from just under 3,000 sq. ft. of living area up to almost 5,000 sq. ft.   HOA fees are approximately $400 a month as of July 2016. These fees include lawn and landscaping, maintenance of the common areas and the gate.

Beacon 21 in Jensen Beach is a low rise condominium development in Jensen Beach FL locate just north of the Saint Lucie River and off of NE Dixie Highway (State Road 707).  This complex contains numerous types of condo buildings that were first built in 1973 and the last phase was completed in 1993.

The River Club of Martin County is a waterfront condo community that was built between the years of 1978 and 1980.  There are 15 buildings with 188 total condos all of which are 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms.  These are all two story buildings.  There are two different floor plans with 1,220 and 1,072 sq. ft., of living areas.  Four of these buildings enjoy beautiful wide waterfront views of the Saint Lucie River.  The River Club has a 50 slip marina that is run by a separate dock association.  In order to own a slip in the River Club one must be a condo owner.  Tenants and owners do have the opportunity to rent slips should they be available for lease.

There are two available condos in the Jensen Beach Club on Hutchinson Island in the MLS at this time. The list prices are $149,999 and $157,000 for an average list price of  $153,500 which equates to $140.83 per sq. ft. of living area.

There are no condos under contract at the present time.

In the past 12 months, 8 condos have sold. Sales prices ranged from $130,000 to $175,000 for an average sales price of$150,938 which is $142.00 per sq. ft. of living area. These condos sold in an average of 83 days and on average sold for 95% of list price.

The Jensen beach Club complex was built between 1986 and 1987 and has a community pool, clubhouse and tennis courts. These are three story buildings with the most desirable condos being end units with lake views.

The Jensen beach Club will allow up to 25 lb. or smaller pet and rentals are also allowed with some restrictions. There are two designated parking spots for each unit and ample guest parking as well.
