Located on a huge preserve area on the west side of Highway A-1-A with deeded ocean access just across the street. While phase II consists of 96 units of 1,270 sq. ft. with 2 bedrooms and 1 and ½ baths, in buildings with various sized units.

Children living in the falls have the privilege of attending Martin County ‘A’ rated schools. The River Club has a 50 slip marina that is run by a separate dock association. In order to own a slip in the River Club, one must be a condo owner. Tenants and owners do have the opportunity to rent slips should they be available for lease.
