For October 2022, there are no homes for sale in the Indian River Point (a.k.a. Newport Jensen) community of Jensen Beach on Hutchinson Island.

There are also no Indian River Point homes currently under contract.

In the past 12 months, 5 Indian River Point homes have sold in this waterfront community.  The sales prices ranged from $435,000 up to $805,000.  This works out to an average sales price of $602,200 or $412.47 per sq. ft. of living area.  These homes averaged 11 days on the market before going under contract.
