Island Village in Jensen Beach on Hutchinson Island is a townhouse community that was developed between 1981 and 1983.  Located on a huge preserve area on the west side of Highway A-1-A  with deeded ocean access just across the street. Island Village was created in two different phases, with phase I offering 28 quad style townhouses that offer 2 bedrooms, 2 and ½ baths and 1,328 sq. ft. of living area.  While phase II consists of 96 units of 1,270 sq. ft. with 2 bedrooms and 1 and ½ baths, in buildings with various sized units.
