May showed slower activity with only 1 closed sale and a further decrease in inventory to only 33 available units. pending sales were up slightly, so there should be some closed sales in the coming months.  I don’t expect to see any great movement in this segment of the Treasure Coast Florida condo market with such a small inventory.

Last May’s numbers were 40 active listings, 8 pending sales and 1 closed sales. Other than a greater number of active listings, almost identical to this year’s numbers.
