Conveniently located just west of US-1 (Federal Highway) on Kanner Highway and close to downtown Stuart is the Poppleton Creek Condo Complex.

 This community consists of two sections.  One is a more traditional type of condo building with units consisting of mostly 2 bedroom condos and a few 1 bedroom units built in 1974 with approximately 875 sq. ft. of living area.  There is also a newer section built-in 1981 with 1,250 sq. ft. condos that are more like townhomes with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

There is also a place for kayak storage and launching.

March 2022 Market Update for the Sandpebble Condo and Beach Club on Hutchinson Island in Stuart, Florida:

There is 1 condo currently available for sale in Sandpebble. The list price is $495,000 which is $479.65 per sq. ft. of living area. 

There is also 1 condo currently under contract.  The list price was $700,000 or $487.47 per sq. ft. of living area.  This condo went under contract only 1 day after being listed.

In the past 12 months, 10 Sandpebble condos have sold.  Sales prices ranged from $400,000 up to $525,000.  This is an average sales price of $474,478 which works out to $402.31 per sq. ft. of living area.  These sales averaged 99% of the list price and went under contract after an average of 21 days on the market.
