In the past 12 months, 13 Island Crest condos have sold.  Sales prices ranged from $287,000 up to $519,000.  This makes for an average sales price of $359,077 which works out to $345.73 per sq. ft. of living area.  These condos averaged 60 days on market before going under contract. And, sold for an average of 98% of the final list price.

The Island Crest Condominium building in Jensen Beach FL on Hutchinson Island was built in 1981 and is a 12 story complex with 126 residential condos.  Sizes range from 2 bedrooms, 2 bath units with either 1,119 or 1,023 sq. ft. of living area (plus balconies) down to 1 bedroom, 1 bath condos of 899 sq. ft.

Located north of the Jensen Beach Causeway and south of the Waveland public beach, Island Crest has many upscale amenities.  These include 2 pools, Jacuzzi, clubhouse with social areas and 2 kitchens, fitness room, ocean view billiards, bocce court, 2 tennis courts, basketball, grilling area, car wash, and private beach access.

Recent Island Crest sales:

1 small pet is permitted and rentals are allowed with a minimum of 3 months.  Island Crest is one of the few condos on Hutchinson Island where trucks are permitted (no commercial trucks).  Condo fees are $480 per month (As of October 2016) and include Cable, Common Areas, Elevator, Exterior Electric, Grounds / Plants, Insurance-Bldg, Janitor, Lawn Care, Maintenance Exterior, Management Fees, Pest Control, Pool Service, Reserve Funds, Roof Maintenance, Sewer, Trash Removal, Water.

If you ask the locals, they will definitely say this is a great building.

Miramar Real Estate Market Report December 2025

This report includes all Miramar Buildings on Hutchinson Island in Jensen Beach Miramar, Miramar II, and Miramar Royale.

For December 2025, there are five Miramar condos on the market on Hutchinson Island. The list prices range from $489,900 up to $850,000. This is an average list price of $677,860 which works out to $457.62 per sq. ft. of living area.

There are two Miramar condos currently under contract. The list prices were $455,000 and $514,800, for an average of $484,900, which is $356.64 per sq. ft. of living area. These condo was on the market for an average of 83 days before going under contract.

In the past 12 months, 11 Miramar condos have sold. Sales prices ranged from a low of $400,000 up to $800,000. This works out to an average sales price of $637,237 or $32.90 per sq. ft. of living area. These condos sold for an average of 95% of the list price. And, they went under contract in an average of 132 days after coming on the market.

About The Miramar Condos in Jensen Beach:

The Miramar Condo building is located north of the Jensen Beach Causeway and consists of one oceanfront 11-story building completed in 1981 and contains 62 condos. All the residences are 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with units either having 1,264 or 1,154 sq. ft. of living area. The larger units are the corner condos.

Miramar has cousin condos located just to the north. These are the Miramar Royale and Miramar 2 buildings. Please click here to see these condos.

The Miramar has an oceanfront pool as well as a large first-floor social area with a kitchen, bar, and fitness room. Current condo fees are $565 per month for the Miramar building and $665 per month for Miramar II. These fees cover Basic Cable, Common Areas, Elevator, Fire/Liability Insurance, Grounds / Plants, Maintenance Exterior, Pest Control, Pool Service, Recreational Facility, Reserve Funds, Roof Maintenance, Security, Sewer, Trash Removal, and Water. Pets are not allowed in Miramar, but rentals with some minimum stay restrictions are allowed.

About The Miramar Royale & Miramar II Condos in Jensen Beach:

The Miramar Royale and Miramar II Condo buildings are located north of the Jensen Beach Causeway and consist of two oceanfront 20-story buildings. The Miramar II was completed in 1984 and the Miramar Royale was finished in 1990 and has the added benefit of 22 covered garages.

All the residences have 2 bathrooms and there are both 3 bedroom and 2 bedroom condos. Interior sizes range from 1,703 down to 1,411 sq. ft. of living area (under A.C.).

There is a gated entrance with the following amenities: pool, table tennis, exercise room, sauna, billiards, social room, & grilling area Current condo fees (as of December 2019) range from $630 up to $670 per month, depending on the size and which building the condo is in. Pets are not allowed in the Miramar II but are welcomed in the Miramar Royale (under 30 lbs. only). Both buildings will allow rentals with some minimum stay restrictions.

For December 2025, there are no luxury oceanfront condos for sale in Claridge by the Sea on Hutchinson Island in Jensen Beach FL.

There are also no Claridge By the Sea condos are currently under contract.

One Claridge By the Sea condo has sold in the past 12 months.  The sales price was $1,600,000. This equals $521.34 per sq. ft. of living area.  This condo sold for an average of 88% of the list price. And, it was on the market for 188 days before going under contract.
