This complex consists of two waterfront buildings of four stories on over 2 acres that were built in 1976. Conveniently located just west of US-1 (Federal Highway) on Kanner Highway and close to downtown Stuart is the Poppleton Creek Condo Complex.

 This community consists of two sections.  One is a more traditional type of condo building with units consisting of mostly 2-bedroom condos and a few 1-bedroom units built in 1974 with approximately 875 sq. ft. of living area.  There is also a newer section built in 1981 with 1,250 sq. ft. condos that are more like townhomes with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
