There’s a courtesy tram available to take residents and guests around the sprawling facilities of the Marriott resort at Indian River Plantation.  Just a short drive to the grocery store, historic downtown Stuart, and the many, many amenities that Martin County FL has to offer.

For June 2024, no condos are available for sale in Resort Villas in the Indian River Plantation on Hutchinson Island in Stuart FL.
