Summerfield Real Estate Market Report January 2026

As of January 2026, 15 homes are on the market in the Summerfield community in Martin County Florida. The list prices range from $439,000 up to $955,000. This is an average list price of $614,527 or $302.24 per square foot of living area.

There are two Summerfield homes under contract at this time. The list prices ranged from $530,000 up to $549,000. This equals an average list price of $539,500 which is $294.21 per square foot of living space. These homes were on the market for an average of 46 days before going under contract.

In the past 12 months, 22 Summerfield homes have sold. Sales prices ranged from $349,000 up to $800,000.
