4 homes are currently under contract and awaiting settlement.  List prices ranged from a low of $400,000 to a high of $799,000.  This works out to an average list price of $596,975 or $262.66 per sq. ft. of living area.  These homes averaged only 5 days on the market before going under contract.

There are no Anglers Cove condos currently available for sale on Hutchinson Island in Stuart FL. 

There are also no condos under contract at this time in Anglers Cove.

In the past 12 months, there have been 5 condo sales.  Sales prices ranged from $310,000 up to $530,000 for an average sales price of $400,000 which works out to $287.30 per sq. ft. of living area.  The list-to-sales price ratio averaged 98%.  And, these condos averaged 82 days on market before going under contract.

(Please keep in mind that some condos in Anglers Cove have deeded docks and some don’t.  This can add to the wide disparity of both listing and sales prices)
