March 2016 Market Update for the Sandpebble Condo and Beach Club on Hutchinson Island in Stuart, Florida:

There are currently 2 active listings (1 river side and 1 ocean side).  List prices are $229,000 and $359,000 for an average of $294,000 which equals $235.95 per sq. ft. of living area.

There is one pending Sandpebble condo sale. This unit was listed for $335,000 or $271.70 per sq. ft. and was only on the market 4 days before accepting the current offer.

In the past 12 months 12 Sandpebble condos have sold.  9 river side and 3 on the ocean side.
