It is surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean to the east and the Indian River (Intracoastal) to the west.  Situated on a private peninsula in the middle of the Marriott Resort Complex at Indian River Plantation.  There are 74 units built during 1980.  Sizes range from 1 bedroom, 1 bath units of 596 sq. ft. up to 2 bedrooms, 3 bath units with 1323 sq. ft. of living area.  This is a pet-friendly complex that will allow up to two large pets.  At the time of this writing, the condo association fees were $375.00 a month.

For August 2022, there are no condos available for sale in the Oceanrise Condominiums on Hutchinson Island in Jensen Beach FL. 

There are also no condos currently under contract (pending sales).

In the past 12 months, 5 Oceanrise condos have sold.  Sales prices ranged from $309,000 up to $539,000. This equals an average sales price of $442,000 which works out to $429.29 per sq. ft. of living area.  These condos averaged 26 days on market before going under contract. And, sold for an average of 95% of the list price.
