For March 2022, there are no homes available for sale in the Pines and Windemere communities in Jensen Beach FL.

4 homes are currently under contract and awaiting settlement.  List prices ranged from a low of $400,000 to a high of $799,000.  This works out to an average list price of $596,975 or $262.66 per sq. ft. of living area.  These homes averaged only 5 days on the market before going under contract.

In the past 12 months, 36 homes have been sold in the Pines and Windemere.  Sales prices ranged from a low of $385,000 up to a high of $690,000.
