Vista del Lago condos were first built in 1974 and the last one was completed in 1979.   All the buildings are two stories and contain both 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath and 1 Bedroom 1 Bath units.  Sizes range from 1,014 sq. ft. of living space down to 631 sq. ft. 1-bedroom units.  Many of these condos have attractive water views as well as some with golf course views of the Pine Lakes Golf Club.

There’s an active clubhouse with a large swimming pool as well as shuffleboard courts.  No pets are permitted in Vista del Lago and this is an age-restricted (55+) community.  The HOA fees range from the low $ 200s for a 1-bedroom unit to just under $300 per month for 2-bedroom condos.

The Island Club Condos of Jensen Beach is also known as the Hutchinson Island Club.  This a one-of-a-kind condo building.  It was built in 1977 just south of the Waveland Public Beach in Saint Lucie County to the north of the Jensen Beach Causeway. There are 92 residences in this 11-story building.

Some units have a detached one-car garage. However, there is reserved parking and ample guest parking for all.

Amenities in the Island Club are a heated pool, Jacuzzi, fitness room, kitchen, social area, billiard room, library, bar, BBQ grills, gazebo, sauna, and shuffleboard courts.

Sorry, no pets are permitted in the Island Club, but rentals are allowed with some restrictions.

There are 11 condos currently on the market in all the Island Dunes condo buildings. The list prices range from $374,900 up to $1,550,000. This is an average list price of $978,345 which is $553.84 per square foot of living area.

There are no Island Dunes condos under contract at this time.

In the past 12 months, 27 Island Dunes condos have sold. The sales prices ranged from $365,000 up to $1,490,000.  This works out to an average sales price of $808,111 or $503.37 per square foot of living area.  These sales averaged 96% of the final list price.
