There is only one available Jensen Beach Club Condo on the MLS at this time. The list price is $149,900 which equates to $140.88 per sq. ft. of living area.

There are no condos under contract at the present time.

In the past 12 months, 14 condos have sold. Sales prices ranged from $99,000 to $159,500 for an average sales price of$133,814 which is $122.96 per sq. ft. of living area. These condos sold in an average of 91 days and on average sold for 94% of list price.

The Jensen Beach Club is a complex consisting of 9 buildings surrounding a lake on Hutchinson Island on a pristine 21 acres. Lying directly across the street from the Ocean and the public beach at the end of the Jensen Beach Causeway. There are 196 condos which are all 1,090 sq. ft. of living area with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with private balconies or patios. The Jensen beach Club complex was built between 1986 and 1987 and has a community pool, clubhouse and tennis courts. These are three story buildings with the most desirable condos being end units with lake views.

The Jensen beach Club will allow up to 25 lb. or smaller pet and rentals are also allowed with some restrictions. The maintenance fee at the time of this post was around $300 per month, which includes the insurance and maintenance for the building exterior as well as the common areas, pest control, management and water and sewer charges.

There are two designated parking spots for each unit and ample guest parking as well. Jensen Beach Club residents enjoy the convenience of having ocean access just across the street and also being a short drive or bicycle ride to restaurants, shopping and the wonderful amenities of Jensen Beach and Martin County FL. The Vista del Lago condominium complex consists of over 500 condos located north of the Roosevelt Bridge and west of Federal Hwy (US-1) in North Stuart. The HOA fees as of June 2015 were from the low $200’s for a 1 Bedroom unit to just under $300 per month for 2 Bedroom condos.

There are 6 homes under contract awaiting settlement (3 homes and 3 townhouses) with list prices from $179,900 to $344,900 at an average list price of $244,471 which equals $122.73 per sq. ft. of living area.

Bayview in Indian River Plantation is one of the newer condominium complexes on Hutchinson Island in Stuart Florida. Bayview is a gated sub-complex of the Indian River Plantation Marriott Resort and consists of 4 semi-circular buildings totaling 129 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom and 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condos. Living space ranges from 2,105 sq. ft. to 1,204 sq. ft.

Most units have sweeping views of the Intracoastal Waterway also known as the Indian River. Great location only minutes away from the Saint Lucie Inlet. For boaters, there’s a full service Marina located on the grounds of the Indian River Plantation with slips available for lease.

Bayview has a private heated pool and spa overlooking a lake as well as lovely manicured grounds for picnics or just a stroll by the water. There’s also covered parking for all residents.

Unit owners have the option of joining the Marriott Beach Club which allows access to an 18 hole golf course, another community pool and fitness center, professional tennis club and courts as well as access to a private beach resort on the shores of the Atlantic Ocean.

As of December 2013, there are 12 available homes for sale in the Lost River Plantation community of Stuart, FL. Prices range from $413,000 to $715,000 for an average price per sq. ft. of $203.95. 3 of these homes are short sales.

There are 5 homes under contract ranging in listing price from $479,900 to $659,900 for an average of $183.60 per sq. ft. of living area. 2 of these homes are short sales and two are conventional sales. The last one is a new home product from Kolter Homes.
