Rocky Point Estates is an HOA community in the eastern middle of Rocky Point. Homes on Orange St, Nassau Ter., and the north side of Matousek St. had the opportunity to join this HOA when it was developed. For a very reasonable sum, members have access to a large park with a boat ramp and picnic grounds available for their exclusive use. In addition, there’s a 29-slip marina suitable for boats up to 30’ in length. These docks can only be owned (or leased) by members in good standing within the Rocky Point Estates HOA community. Individuals within Rocky Point Estates have the option to sell or trade docks within the community.
The boat ramp and the docks are in a highly desirable location. They are only about a mile from the open waters of the Atlantic Ocean through the Saint Lucie Inlet. Fishermen in this community love the fact that they can cast their lines in deep water just minutes after leaving the dock or ramp.

This is a waterfront community in Palm City FL located on either Bessey Creek or Hidden River with ocean access through the North Fork of the Saint Lucie River. Most homes in this community have excellent water depth and homes can handle some fairly good-sized boats.
This is a non-deed-restricted community with no HOA fees. The earliest homes were built beginning in 1970 and the last one was completed in 2015. This is a waterfront community on the Intracoastal Waterways and just on the east side of Gomez Ave about a half-mile north of Bridge Road (which accesses Jupiter Island and the shores of the crystal clear waters of the Atlantic Ocean.
Mystic Cove has 16 deeded docks available exclusively to owners within the community. These docks are accessible via a boardwalk through the mango preserve area. These docks may have lifts with electricity and water available. Access to the Ocean is either through the Saint Lucie Inlet in Stuart or the Jupiter Inlet in Jupiter.

There are two end units for each side of the building with larger square footage and wrap-around balconies with some magnificent views. These units have a spacious 1,414 or 1,397 sq. feet of living area enclosed plus the additional balcony space. The remaining four interior condos per floor feature 1,197 sq. ft. of living areas plus a balcony.
The residents of Sea Winds enjoy private beach access, a heated pool, and a clubhouse with a large common area and kitchen, as well as a tennis court, vehicle wash area, BBQ area, and additional storage. Residents are allowed two pets not exceeding 15 lbs. each. Rentals are also permitted with a minimum 3-month duration.
The condo association fees were $1,190 per quarter as of May 2019, making Sea Winds one of the most affordable on Hutchinson Island in Jensen Beach. Sea Winds units don’t come on the market often as this is a highly desirable building.

Rocky Point Estates is an HOA community in the eastern middle of Rocky Point. Homes on Orange St, Nassau Ter. and the north side of Matousek St. had the opportunity to join this HOA when it was developed. For a very reasonable sum, members have access to a large park with a boat ramp and picnic grounds available for their exclusive use. In addition, there’s a 29-slip marina suitable for boats up to 30’ in length. These docks can only be owned (or leased) by members in good standing within the Rocky Point Estates HOA community. Individuals within Rocky Point Estates have the option to sell or trade docks within the community.
The boat ramp and the docks are in a highly desirable location. They are only about a mile from the open waters of the Atlantic Ocean through the Saint Lucie Inlet. Fishermen in this community love the fact that they can be casting their lines in deep water just minutes after leaving the dock or ramp.
There are just over 170 homes belonging to the association. Homes were first built in this community in 1959; the latest home was just completed in 2014.
