As of June 2025, 32 Vista del Lago condos are for sale in Stuart FL.  The list prices range from $109,500 up to $239,900. This is an average list price of $157,600 which equals $179.03 per sq. ft. of living area.

Four Vista del Lago condos are currently under contract. The list prices ranged from $99,000 up to $139,900. This equals an average list price of $117,175 which is $154.39 per sq. ft. of living space. These condos were on the market for an average of 18 days before going under contract.

The Vista del Lago condominium complex consists of over 500 condos located north of the Roosevelt Bridge and west of Federal Hwy (US-1) in North Stuart.  This attractive complex is very conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and a quick drive to either downtown Stuart or Jensen Beach.  Just a few minutes more and you can be on the Ocean in either Stuart or Jensen Beach.

Vista del Lago condos were first built in 1974 and the last one was completed in 1979.   All the buildings are two stories and contain both 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath and 1 Bedroom 1 Bath units.  Sizes range from 1,014 sq. ft. of living space down to 631 sq. ft. 1-bedroom units.  Many of these condos have attractive water views as well as some with golf course views of the Pine Lakes Golf Club.

There’s an active clubhouse with a large swimming pool as well as shuffleboard courts.  No pets are permitted in Vista del Lago and this is an age-restricted (55+) community.  The HOA fees range from the low $ 200s for a 1-bedroom unit to just under $300 per month for 2-bedroom condos.

For June 2025, 12 homes are for sale in the Ballantrae community in the Sandpiper area of Port St Lucie, FL.  The list prices range from $325,000 up to $789,000. This works out to an average list price of $545,575 which equals $238.12 per sq. ft. of living area.

There are three Ballantrae homes currently under contract which have not closed to date.  The list prices ranged from $679,000 up to $725,000. This is an average list price of $701,000 or $273.02 per sq. ft. of living space.  These homes were on the market for an average of 27 days before going under contract.

The Green Turtle Cove Condominium Complex is located just South of the Jensen Beach Causeway on Hutchinson Island in Martin County Florida.  It lies directly across the street from the public beach in Jensen Beach with guarded beaches, a snack bar, and beach volleyball courts.  Also, soon to break ground is a new luxury resort to be built on the grounds of the old Holiday Inn, also across the street.

Green Turtle Cove consists of two 40-unit buildings.  The South building was completed in 1973 and the North building shortly after in 1974.  This complex is on the shores of the Indian River (Intracoastal Waterway) and has docks that are available to residents on a first come first served basis for the nominal fee of $25.00 a month.  There’s also a lake on the grounds as well as a swimming pool, vehicle wash area, and BBQ stations.

Each building has secured entry through a lobby and has elevator service to the four stories.  There is reserved parking as well as an ample supply of guest spots.  Each unit is a 2 bedroom and 2 bath with 1,204 sq. ft. of living space under air and a generous balcony with views of either the lake, preserve, river, and some with peaks of the ocean.

No pets are permitted in Green Turtle Cove, though there are liberal rental rules allowing part-time residents to lower their cost of ownership by leasing out their condo for a few months a year.

Currently, Green Turtle Cove is one of the more affordable condos for those wishing both river and ocean access.  (I’m told there is great fishing right from the private docks.)

Condos in Islandia come in three general varieties.  Large 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom units with 1,929 sq. ft. of living area plus balconies.  3 bedroom, 2 bathroom units with 1,544 sq. ft.  And 2 bedroom, 2 bath condos with either 1,437 or 1,228 sq. ft.  Islandia residents enjoy wonderful amenities that include 2 Oceanside pools, private beach access, BBQ grilling area, Jacuzzi, tennis and bocce courts, and overflow parking with trailer and RV parking spaces. Interior facilities include a large social area with a bar and kitchen, billiards, fitness center, and steam sauna. There is an office with on-site management and 24-hour guard-gated security.

Islandia I does not allow pets, while those in Islandia II are allowed one pet under 30 lbs. Both buildings allow rentals with restrictions. The condo association fees range from $475.00 to $655.00 per month (as of November 2019).

For May 2025, 20 homes are available to purchase in Sailfish Point on the southern tip of Hutchinson Island in Stuart FL.  The list prices range from $2,795,000 up to $36,900,000. This is an average list price of $12,978,950 which equals $1,659.41 per sq. ft. of living area.

No Sailfish Point homes are currently under contract.

In the past 12 months, six Sailfish Point homes have been sold.  Sales prices ranged from $2,600,000 up to $11,200,000. Conveniently located just west of US-1 (Federal Highway) on Kanner Highway and close to downtown Stuart is the Poppleton Creek Condo Complex.

For May 2025, three condos are for sale in the Harborage Yacht Club in Stuart FL. The list prices range from $359,000 to $529,000. This is an average list price of $462,333 which works out to $343.79 per sq. ft. of living area.

One Harborage condo is currently under contract (in pending status). The list price was $350,000 or $285.02 per sq. ft. of living space. This condo was on the market for 24 days before going under contract.

In the past 12 months, 14 Harborage condos have sold.  Sales prices ranged from $200,000 up to $580,000.  This works out to an average sales price of $357,629 which equals $296.60 per sq. ft. of living area.  These condos sold on average at 94% of the list price. For May 2025, two condos are available for sale in Villa del Sol on Hutchinson Island in Jensen Beach FL.  The list prices are $200,000 and $327,000. This is an average list price of $263,500 or $302.48 per sq. ft. of living area.

There is oneVilla del Sol condo currently under contract. It was listed at $169,000 or $121.23 per sq. ft. of living space. It was on the market 216 days before going under contract.
