Continued growth for the Florida townhouse and condo market for the last quarter of 2017. Both prices as well as sales volume continued with steady growth. This is at a very reasonable and sustainable rate as well.

Weaker sales volume for the 3’rd Quarter 2017 but values are continuing with their upward trend. The inventory declined slightly and we are only in a slight seller’s market.
