 This community consists of two sections.  One is a more traditional type of condo building with units consisting of mostly 2 bedroom condos and a few 1 bedroom units built in 1974 with approximately 875 sq. ft. of living area.  There is also a newer section built in 1981 with 1,250 sq. ft. condos that are more like townhomes with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

There is also a place for kayak storage and launching.

Condo association fees as of January 2018 range from $236 to just over $411 per month depending on the section and size of the condo.
