For June 2023, there are 3 Sea Winds condos available for sale in Jensen Beach on Hutchinson Island.  The list prices ranged from $379,900 up to $575,000. This is an average list price of $483,267 or $386.15 per sq. ft. of living area.

There are no Sea Winds condos under contract at this time. 

In the past year, only 1 Sea Winds condo has sold.  The sales price was $490,000 which works out to $409.36 per sq. ft. of living area.  This condo was on the market for 3 days before going under contract. And, it sold for 98% of the last listed price.

The residents of Sea Winds enjoy private beach access, a heated pool, and a clubhouse with a large common area and kitchen, as well as a tennis court, vehicle wash area, BBQ area, and additional storage.  Residents are allowed two pets not exceeding 15 lbs. each.   Rentals are also permitted with a minimum 3-month duration.

Recent Sea Winds condo sales:

The condo association fees were $1,190 per quarter as of May 2019, making Sea Winds one of the most affordable on Hutchinson Island in Jensen Beach.  Sea Winds units don’t come on the market often as this is a highly desirable building.
