The Resort Villas of Indian River Plantation consists of two four story ocean front elevator buildings that were built in 1977. Each building consists of 40 condos with both 2 bedroom and 2 baths and 1 bedroom 1 bath. Sizes range from 975 sq. ft. for the 2 bedroom condos to 650 sq. ft. for the 1 bedroom. The buildings are called the Spoonbill and the Pelican.
