Vista del Lago condos were first built in 1974 and the last one was completed in 1979.   All the buildings are two stories and contain both 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath and 1 Bedroom 1 Bath units.  Sizes range from 1,014 sq. ft. of living space down to 631 sq. ft. 1-bedroom units.  Many of these condos have attractive water views as well as some with golf course views of the Pine Lakes Golf Club.

The Villa del Sol condominium on Hutchinson Island is the first set of condos north of the Jensen Beach Causeway in Saint Lucie County.  This complex was completed between 1970 and 1974. It includes 73 units of condos. From 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath units of 540 sq. ft. of living area under AC up to 2 Bedroom, 2.5 Baths, 2 story units of 1,394 sq. ft.

May 2024 Market Report for Island Dunes Condos on Hutchinson Island in Jensen Beach, FL

There are 21 condos currently on the market in all the Island Dunes condo buildings. The list prices range from $369,900 up to $1,950,000. This is an average list price of $1,021,462 which is $589.99 per square foot of living area.
